Description:H10MnSi is a carbon structural steel submerged arc welding wire, combined with melting flux HJ360, HJ433, HJ431, HJ434, sintered flux SJ101, SJ201, SJ501, etc., can obtain good mechanical properties of the weld, and has a good low temperature impact toughness and strong porosity resistance.
Usage
Widely used in carbon steel (Q195, Q235, etc.) and some low alloy steel (such as 16Mn, 15 MnV, 14 MnMoV, 18MnMoNb, etc.) and large structures (such as steel rolling frame, large column or shaft), chemical containers, nuclear power plant containers, Bridges, ships and other welding.

Note
1, the size of the welding current should be selected according to the actual situation, too small will lead to poor welding forming, welding penetration, slag inclusion and other defects; Excessive assembly will cause deterioration of physical and chemical properties and crack resistance of welded joints, burning through, rough weld forming, etc.
2, the diameter of the welding wire and the size of the conductive nozzle should be consistent, the conductive diameter of the conductive nozzle is too large, resulting in poor conduction, deterioration of weld molding and even arc break;
3, after opening the package, the welding wire directly exposed to the air should avoid contact with water, paint, oil, etc., so as not to affect the use of the welding wire:
4, the flux must be baked for 1-2 hours at 300℃ -350℃ before use;
5, the welding line energy will directly affect the performance of the weld, special attention should be paid when using;
6, because of the different flux used by the user, the welding parts and processes are different, it is recommended to evaluate the welding process of the selected flux and wire before use, in order to be more in line with their own reality.
Welding wire handling and storage:
1. When handling the welding wire, it should be handled gently to prevent damage or deformation;
2. Welding wire is afraid of water, not near fire, and not resistant to high temperature;
3, the welding wire should be stored in a closed, dry and clean room, the room temperature should not be less than 5℃, the relative humidity is not more than 60%;
4, the warehouse storage, welding wire should be placed on the wooden tray or iron rack, the distance from the wall should be greater than 30cm, and according to the specifications, models, etc., placed respectively, to prevent mixing, the use should be in accordance with the "first in first out" principle.
