Description: ER80S-G is a 600MPa manganese molybdenum steel high-strength copper-plated welding wire. Due to the addition of Mo and Ti, the strength and toughness of the weld are improved, and the arc of the wire is stable and the splash is small, which can be used for gas orientation welding. The welding wire can be protected by CO2 gas or argon rich gas.
Usage
Used for welding of low alloy high strength steel (such as Q420, Q390), etc., such as heavy machinery, containers, vehicles, ships, etc.
