1. In order to ensure the performance of the welding wire and prevent defects such as pores, the rust, oil and water on the surface of the workpiece should be cleaned up before welding.

2, welding, the extension length of the wire should be paid special attention to, although too long can improve the welding deposit rate, but will worsen the welding process and weld performance, such as spatter increase, rough forming. Suggestion: Range from 15 mm to 25mm.
3, the protection gas flow is best controlled between (20-25) L/min.

4, after opening the package, the welding wire directly exposed to the air should avoid contact with water, paint, oil and so on. After opening the package, it is recommended to use it within 8 hours, so as not to affect the use of welding wire. If it is not used up, it should be covered with plastic film and other items to prevent moisture. The welding wire that has not been used for a long time should be sealed and returned to the warehouse with good storage conditions.

Welding wire handling and storage

1. When handling the welding wire into a disk, it should be handled gently to prevent falling.
2, the welding wire is afraid of water, in order to prevent moisture, should use vacuum packaging. Not close to fire, and not resistant to high temperature.
3, the welding wire should be stored in a closed, dry, clean room temperature should not be less than 5℃, the relative humidity is not more than 60%.

4, the warehouse storage, welding wire should be placed on the wooden tray or iron rack, the distance from the wall should be greater than 30cm, and according to the specifications, models, etc., placed respectively, to prevent mixing, the use should be in accordance with the "first in first out" principle.
