Suitable for welding various carbon steels and low-alloy steels with a tensile strength grade of 500MPa. Common application fields include bridges, construction, automobile manufacturing, and mechanical structures.
Characteristics
It is a carbon steel gas-shielded solid welding wire, featuring excellent welding process performance, stable arc, low spatter, good wire feeding performance, beautiful weld formation, and good mechanical properties of deposited metal. Its prominent features are strong resistance to oxide scale and oil stains on the base metal surface, and low porosity sensitivity.
